The Fireside Lodge
The goal of this project was to develop a logo and stationery suite for a hypothetical business or company of the designers choice.
The Fireside Lodge is a bed and breakfast located in the mountains of Snowmass Village, Colorado. The typical guests that this bed and breakfast attracts are couples looking for a brief escape or small friends groups wanting to spend a weekend together. The ideal client of this bed and breakfast would be anyone looking for a brief, quiet getaway in the secluded mountains of Colorado. One thing that makes this bed and breakfast unique is its discreet isolation up in the mountains.
The voice and tone of this bed and breakfast is cozy, quaint, quiet, and warm. I wanted this logo to feel quaint, charming, and to appeal to couples or friends looking for a secluded giveaway. The scale of the house against the expansive mountains helps to give this bed and breakfast a warm and safe appeal.
